Q:Do you combine postage?
A:I do combine postage and packing. Unless requested otherwise, all orders are posted first class, normally on the next working day after payment has been received. Larger orders are sent by overnight carrier (UK mainland only), so they can be tracked door to door. Please wait for an invoice for the best posssible deal on postage.
Q:I only live round the corner, can I collect my purchases?
A:Unfortunately, I am only able to provide a mail order service due to other commitments. However it may be possible to arrange for your yarn to be delivered free of charge if you live in the local area i.e. Glossop, Marple, Tameside. This is subject to a minimum purchase of £50. Please ask before purchase. If you need to contact me by email, the details are on the website above.
Q:I would like to purchase a particular yarn, but you don't have enough listed, is there any chance you could get more?
A:It is always worth asking if I don't have enough of the yarn you require. I may have more in stock or be able to order more for you. Please make sure that you purchase enough yarn to finish your project as I cannot guarantee that I will have the same dye number at a later date.
