To puchase and pay for your item, please use the eBid checkout by clicking the 'Buy Now' button at the top of the products page.
Our only acepted payment method is PayPal, to ensure your purchase is protected we will only deliver to your registered PayPal address. Payment on 'Buy It Now' purchases must be made immediately. Once your payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email and your purchase will be supported by a VAT invoice. Our listed prices include VAT at the standard rate.
If your item needs to be shipped to an alternative address please update your address in eBid / PayPal prior to placing your order. We will only ship to your registered ebid / PayPal address. In the event that your order has already been placed and an amendment is required please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Delivery Information:
All orders are dispatched via our couriers on a next day signed for express service. We aim to dispatch all orders the same day of order but in all cases we guarranty to despatch within 2 working days of cleared funds.
Courier deliveries MUST be signed for, our couriers deliver Monday to Friday 8am to 6:00pm. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel they will leave a card with details of when your item will be redelivered or where you should go to collect it from. Should your item be returned to us a re delivery charge will apply.
