About Us
My name is Brenda and I have been a member of Ebid since 2010. I design crochet patterns for babies and children.
Payment
Payment by Paypal is accepted. Payment should be made within 7 days, if this is likely to be a problem then please let me know at the earliest opportunity. I also accept payment over the telephone using your credit or debit card for UK purchases only. Please phone 0845 519 2471 after placing your order to make payment.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders to the UK are dispatched by Royal Mail's First Class Delivery Service. Overseas orders are shipped by Royal Mail Airmail Service.
Our basic shipping prices are as follows:
UK - 98p per order - Royal Mail First Class
UK - £2.10 per order - Royal Mail Signed For
Europe - £3.30 per order - Royal Mail Airmail
Europe - £8.50 per order - Royal Mail International Signed For
Rest of the World - £3.95 per order - Royal Mail Airmail
Rest of the World - 9.90 per order - Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For
Important: If you do not receive a postage discount after purchasing more than one item, please wait for the invoice.
Normally we would expect items to be delivered within 1 to 2 days of dispatch for UK orders and 1 to 2 weeks for overseas orders. However, as we cannot guarantee delivery times we cannot be held responsible due to delays by the postal service.
Orders are usually dispatched the following working day, if there is going to be a delay in dispatching, we will let you know.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If you have any concerns whatsoever, then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you can return them to us for a refund within 7 days of receipt.
Goods must be returned in a perfect unused condition.
If you wish to return the item, please contact us in the first instance to let us know that you wish to return it. The goods must be sent back within 7 days of receipt. All goods and packaging must be in a resalable condition. We will refund you for the value of any goods returned to us only, postage and packing charges are not refundable.
Return Postage costs for the return of the goods are your responsibility and we will not be liable for these unless the incorrect items have been sent or the goods are damaged.
If you have received damaged goods or incorrect items in your order, we will either offer you a full refund or a replacement. We will also refund any postage costs you incur if the error was ours. Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
