Our Customer Service Aims:

Larger items may be picked up by prior appointment from our warehouse in Fishponds,Bristol.
We accept the following methods of payment;
Cheques (UK ebidders only): Please allow up to 7 working days for the Cheque to clear. We will dispatch the item once Cheque has cleared. Please message us for before sending Cheque for name/address info.
Please include your ebid user name, item description with your Cheque.
Postal Orders (UK ebidders only): All Postal Orders are cashed and items dispatched on the day of receipt.Please message us for before sending Cheque for name/address info. Please include your ebid user name, item description with your Cheque

The Small Print
All bids are to buy...if you do not have the funds to pay do not bid/buy.
Non paying bidders will be reported to eBid & receive negative feedback.
Post & Packing
We will pack all items carefully & use the fastest standard service.
We use a registered (signed for) postal system for most items.
We dispatch items usually within 24 hours of cleared payment.
We post /dispatch items 6 days a week.
All bidders/buyers agree to post and packing charges as listed.
We aim to keep postage & packing fair but please remember that postage & packing charges include: Royal Mail (or other carrier) postal charge,and packaging materials etc.
Non UK buyers: Please check with the custom control agency of your country regarding any intended purchase. We will not be responsable for any taxes,duties,fees, impounding or confiscation etc of any item by law enforcement officials.
Pick Up: Certain large items may be collected / picked up by appointment from our warehouse in Fishponds, Bristol.
Return Policy
If you wish to return an item please contact us within 7 days stating reason for return.
Do NOT return any item without contacting us first.
We will replace any broken, faulty or wrongly shipped item.
If you have any questions regarding our return policy please email before bidding / purchasing.
A refund will only be given after we have received the item in original condition & packing. No or partial refund will be given if the goods/packaging has been damaged. We obtain the right to specify return courier including self-collection by ourselves.
Sold as seen / Faulty / Untested items (as described in listing details)
No refund will be given.
