Hello Everyone,
My name is Kate and i have been crafting for many years. I sell a huge range of scrapbooking and card making goodies, from papers. card, embellishments,decoupage plus many many more goodies being added daily. I also have a vast range of suppliers so if there is anything you wish just drop me a line and i will try and source it for you. DISPATCHING ORDERS.
I aim to dispatch your order the same day as cleared payment. If for any reason i cannot despatch same day it will go the next working day.
All orders are sent via 1st class post with ROYAL MAIL. Please allow 1-2 working days after dispatch for your order to arrive.
If you have not received your order within 7 days and you have not had a email from me to inform you of any delays, please email me and i will look into it straight away. I generally replace the order as i hold contiueing stock of all my items. I please ask before feed back is left that you work with me if a delivery problem should arise, as all problems can be resolved to your satifaction within 1 working day.
RETURNS AND DAMAGED GOODS.
If you wish to return and item please email me first and the item must be returned in 7 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item that you just do not require anymore i will happily refund you excluding the postage. All returned items must be sent back via RECORDED DELIVERY for a refund.
If your item is damaged please again mail me and return within 7 days of receipt. I will give a full refund or replacement. If a full refund is required and the goods are deemed damaged when i get them back i will refund to you the full price paid including postage. Damaged items also need to be returned RECORDED DELIVERY for a full refund.
PAYMENTS
All payments are due within 7 days of purchase. I accept PAYPAL, POSTAL ORDERS, CHEQUES and CASH ON COLLECTION.
POSTAL COSTS.
UK DOMESTIC POST.
All items are sent out 1st class ROYAL MAIL. I do offer postal discounts on more than 1 item orderd. Please request an invoice for all of the items you require and i will adjust the postage for you. To qualify for postal discount all items reqiured must be paid for together. If there is at any point an over payment on postage for multi item orders i will refund back to you the over payment. If you wish to pay for recorded or next day delivery please request and invoice and i will mail you the cost of the service you wish to use.
EUROPEAN POST.
All items will have postal costs to EUROPE on the listings. If you wish to purchase more than 1 item from my shop please request an invoice and i will contact you to inform you of the total postage cost to you country for your order.
WORLDWIDE (Other than Europe)
Please request and invoice and i will email you with the correct postal costs to your country.
