The goods on sale are mostly new items donated by the SOLAK members to raise funds for the groups running costs.

Payment Options

All sales are final so please ask any questions before bidding.

Shipping

When referring to postage costs, this includes not only the cost of the postage stamp but all packaging, printing, travel costs etc  incurred to mail out the item.

To help keep costs down I use a mixture of new and recycled packaging. 

Please email me for postage costs before bidding if you are outside the UK.

I am willing to combine postage costs wherever possible.

All items will be very safely packed and unless stated, will be mailed by First Class Royal Mail delivery. 

As a private seller, I do not visit the post office every day, but I will mail out your items within 3-5 working days after receiving payment. 

If you require your items to be sent by recorded delivery please notify me BEFORE making payment as this is an extra postage charge. I will then issue an amended invoice.

For large parcels I will consider using a courier service if this is less expensive, but will check with buyer before proceeding if not stated in the auction listing.

Whilst most items arrive within the estimated delivery times after despatch, Royal Mail delays do occasionally happen. 
So please wait for 7 days after the item has been marked in the AAL as beined for UK deliveries, and 21 days for overseas deliveries before contacting me to report a missing item. 
I am willing to help in any way to resolve problems with goods lost by Royal Mail.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you feel you need to return an item the following applies:

I will only accept returns if the item is damaged or not as described.

Please read the item description carefully before bidding

If you wish to return an item please email me to discuss and confirm that the return will be accepted.

Requests for a refund will NOT be accepted unless made within seven days of buyer receiving the item.

Once a refund is mutually agreed the buyer must return the item within seven days ( at buyers expense) and in its original condition before the refund can be given. 

No refund will be issued for items returned without prior agreement. 

After Sales

I willl invoice you after the auction and expect payment within 7 days. If payment is not received within 7 days I reserve the right to relist and leave negative feedback.

Please leave feedback as soon as you receive and are happy with your item.    We are all human, and sometimes mistakes do happen.  In the unlikely event that you have a problem email me before leaving feedback and we will try to resolve it asap
