HI, my name's Jane, & i have been selling online for 4 years on ebay, and with the same seller id:  starlady22 where i have a high feedback score (please feel free to check it out). 

I have now decided to try ebid, and will give the same high standard of service as i do elsewhere.

Whatever i sell i try my best to describe honestly & accurately.
I try to keep my prices as low as i can, and give a genuine bargain.

I will also combine postage when multiple items are bought from me, not just a discount on postage, but i weigh all the items together to get the correct postage cost, and only add on a small amount for packing materials. 

My low prices in no way reflect the quality of the items i sell, which are good quality.
I also try to have a variety of goods to sell, to suit all the family.

Once the auction has ended i make contact with my buyers every step of the way until the transaction is completed.
I make sure everything i post out is well wrapped & sent out as quickly as possible & i always get a proof of postage receipt.

Obviously if there is a problem with anything you have bought from me, if you contact me i will do my best to sort out the problem. 

Return policy

Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please notify me within 7 days of receipt.

For item not as described or damaged in transit, original postage, item cost and reasonable 

return postage costs will be refunded.  

If you do not like the item or no longer want it, I will refund original item cost 

as long as it is returned in the same condition I sent it, 

however I will NOT refund your postage costs in this instance 

 Communication is important to me & i can't help sort out any problem that might arise if you don't contact me first.
