Hi all! I'm a fully-paid up member of the Loft Liberation Society with plenty that needs liberating from a dark and neglected existence, so check out my stores and auctions.
My shipping rules are simple:-
- no excessive postage charges - if I make a mistake and overcharge, you will get a refund. If I undercharge, I will pick up the difference.
- reused packaging where possible to cut down on costs and save the environment
- same day posting where payment is received before 11am
- next day despatching for later payments
- if you win an item, I expect you to pay for it. If I've heard nothing after 7 days, an NPB case will be opened
- if you have a problem paying - life happens, I know - contact me. I'm really rather reasonable about these things :)
- Should you feel item is not EXACTLY as described, a full refund including shipping is offered. Refunds will not be issued for any other reason. Returns satisfying these conditions accepted within 7 days of receipt.
