Rokin's Toys is a primary market, well respected business with an excellent reputation stocking the latest toys and collectibles.
We cater for the special needs and requirements of collectors with regards to shipping, making sure items are well protected for transit whether you are buying carded/boxed or loose items.
We have been trading for many years and have many years experience. We are genuine and honest and only stock licensed items.
We're sure you will be pleased with our very competitive prices on items and shipping as well as our first class customer service.
All items are brand new and direct from manufacturers or manufactuer recommended, approved, and authorised distributors. We do not buy and sell products that have changed hands several times like our competitors on other sites do trying to sell second-hand, third-hand items as brand new.
Warning to Sellers
We are not a distributor. We reserve the right not to sell to you and we will NOT sell to you. Our staff have been instructed to cancel orders from sellers attempting to buy up our stock and you will be added to our BlackBall list. You do not have the right to buy up our stock of items or specific items so you can sell them on at a far higher price elsewhere. If you cannot buy direct from a manufacturer and/or distributor like we do then you are not a proper and professional trading business like we are. Even if you do buy direct from a manufacturer and/or distributor, it still does not give you the right to attempt to buy up our stock to sell on at a far higher price elsewhere. This is a practice we will NOT tolerate
We will NOT be used as a drop shipper. If you do not have the capacity to carry stock of items you are listing elsewhere then this is not our problem and just goes to show that you are not a professional business like we are. This is a practice we will NOT tolerate. Buy your own stock or stop listing items you do not carry stock of.

When emailing or asking questions via eBid's "Ask A Question" system please be mindful of our opening hours and the fact that we are busy offline as well as dealing with the packaging of online sales. We try to answer all queries as soon as we possibly can but there will be times when questions and emails will not be answered until the evening.
United Kingdom Shipping
United Kingdom, Jersey & Guernsey:
Postage & Packaging prices vary depending upon item(s). The majority of orders are sent using 2nd Class services as standard to keep shipping costs to our customers as low as possible but we will send orders using 1st Class services upon request for which you, the customer, must advise us of this before invoicing. A selection of loose action figures and other loose items are sent using 1st Class services when the item including packaging materials can qualify as a Large Letter.
Combined Shipping for the United Kingdom, Jersey & Guernsey:
We combine shipping where possible except where weight and size restrictions are applied by Royal Mail. When purchasing multiple items as long as the weight including packaging materials is under 1kg then the only difference in price will be that of the box we have to use depending on how many items are to be sent in one order. There will only be an extra cost in stamp price when the weight of an order exceeds 1kg.
We do not charge a flat rate price per additional loose/carded action figure (or other item) as a customer can end up paying far more than necessary in shipping costs with this extremely unfair system that is used by the majority of our competitors on eBay and other auction sites when the majority of orders are under 1kg so there is no additional financial cost within mainland Great Britain. Within Great Britain the only difference in cost under 1kg is the size of box required for an order.
We use Royal Mail's Online Business Account combined with our own scales to guarantee acurate and fair shipping costs. We only charge what is absolutely necessary to cover actual shipping costs including the cost of packaging materials supplied. We do NOT make any profit on shipping costs.
Shipping of loose action figures within the United Kingdom:
The average single loose action figure weighs between 40g-50g including packaging materials and has a depth that allows us to send it as a Large Letter within the United Kingdom as long as there are no accessories that exceed the depth allowed for a Large Letter. If a single loose action figure and/or an accessory with a single loose action figure exceeds the 25mm depth allowed for a Large Letter then we have to send it as a Small Parcel. Any single loose action figures that contain delicate parts or delicate accessories that are likely to bend or break during transit then we will send such figures in the smallest box we carry which is a 5x5x5 inch box which will have to be sent as a Small Parcel with Royal Mail.
International Shipping
Europe, European Union, Ireland & Iceland:
Postage & Packaging prices vary depending upon item(s). Customers are responsible for any customs/import tax charges.
United States of America, Australia & New Zealand, Rest of the World:
Postage & Packaging prices vary depending upon item(s). Customers are responsible for any customs/import tax charges. Royal Mail now charge £5.30 (approx. $8.00 depending on exchange rate at the time of transaction) for International Signed For which provides tracking. How, we refuse to force our customers to pay this especially when we are covered with a free Certificate of Posting in the event of loss or damage. There is also the fact that Royal Mail state that they cannot guarantee tracking once something has left the United Kingdom, so why pay for a service that is not guaranteed?
Combined Shipping for all International:
We combine shipping where possible except where weight and size restrictions are apllied by the postal service.
When purchasing 2 or more loose/carded action figures, we will weigh them all together, including packaging materials supplied, and charge the exact Royal Mail price for that Airmail Small Packets weight plus the price of packaging materials supplied. This way, the customer will pay accurate and actual shipping cost and will NOT be overcharged. If you purchase 5 or more loose action figures, then they will be dispatched in an appropriately sized box. We do NOT make any profit on Postage & Packaging costs.
Shipping of loose action figures to Europe and the Rest of the World:
The average single loose action figure weighs between 40g-50g including packaging materials and has to be sent as Airmail Small Packets (100g) with Royal Mail. Where weight restrictions allow, we can send 2 loose action figures for 100g. Any loose action figures that contain delicate parts or delicate accessories that are likely to bend or break during transit then we will send such figures in the smallest box we carry which is a 5x5x5 inch box which will have to be sent as Airmail Small Packets (250g) with Royal Mail unless the weight of the figure including the box weighs under 100g.
Rokin's Toys Dispatch Aim:
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days of cleared payment (Excluding United Kingdom Weekends & Holidays). Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 days. We cannot always make it to the post office on a Wednesday before they close. We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays. Sunday, we and the post office are closed.
Royal Mail Delivery Aim:
1st Class: 1-2 Days, 2nd Class: Within 3 Days but may take longer, standard Signed For: 1-3+ Days

Important Shipping Information
If your item or items have failed to arrive within the initial period of time as specified by Royal Mail under our section above "Royal Mail Delivery Aim" then you are to follow the correct procedure of contacting us directly so that we can follow the correct procedure in accordance with Royal Mail policies of pursing the matter through Royal Mail. Please follow Royal Mail's "delivery aim" after we have officially marked your order as shipped.
United Kingdom only: If your item or items have not arrived within the specified time frame as specified by Royal Mail then you are to follow correct procedure and contact your local Royal Mail delivery office. To contact your local Royal Mail delivery office please follow the instructions below:
You can get details of your local Delivery or Enquiry Office by phoning Royal Mail's dedicated Delivery Office information line on 0845 6050767 (United Kingdom only). This automated service will give you the address and opening hours of your nearest Delivery Office or Enquiry Office.
If your parcel is there then you have the following options:
1) Arrange for the re-delivery of your parcel.
2) You can collect your parcel from your local delivery office. You will be required to present identification that you do live at the address.
For the United Kingdom: If your parcel is not at your local delivery office then you are required to wait the designated amount of business days as laid out by Royal Mail before they declare an item lost which is 15 working days. We will NOT provide replacements or refunds until this time period has passed.
For Europe: Contact your local postal service for information on your local delivery office and allow the required 20 days. We will NOT provide replacements or refunds until this time period has passed.
For USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & ROW: Contact your local postal service for information on your local delivery office and allow the required 25 days. We will NOT provide replacements or refunds until this time period has passed.
To contact us via orders from our Store on eBid then please follow one of these steps:
Go to your “Bought” section. On the item or any item in the order, locate the box that says “please choose”. On the right-hand side of this box there is an arrow pointing downwards. Click on this arrow and it will display a drop-down list. On the drop-down list, third from the top, you will find “Ask rokins_toys a question”.
Or you can select “view invoice” from the same drop-down list, fourth from bottom. When the page has loaded with the invoice, scroll down the invoice until you come to the “Note from Seller to Buyer” section where you will find our email address.
If you have your PayPal payment confirmation email then you will find our email address on there.
If you still have your original eBid invoice from us then you will find our email address is on there under "Note from Seller to Buyer".
The above methods are the only methods of contact you need that we will accept for notification of the non-delivery of an order.
If you as the customer do not follow the correct procedure in directly contacting us regarding the non-delivery of your order to give us the opportunity and time necessary by law to follow the correct procedures with Royal Mail and instead you fail to make contact with us and proceed to file a claim directly through PayPal, then we will consider this to be “suspicious activity” where you as the customer are attempting to file a false claim with PayPal in an attempt to commit fraud and theft – we will immediately notify the police, our solicitors and Trading Standards.
We will NOT cooperate with PayPal under any circumstances involving the non-delivery of items. They do NOT have any level of legal jurisdiction in this area - full jurisdiction remains with Rokin's Toys and Royal Mail.
PayPal are NOT to be contacted under any circumstances in the event of the non-delivery or your item(s). As the customer, you are legally bound to solely contact Rokin's Toys directly. PayPal policies are irrelevant and you will find that their policies are in conflict with United Kingdom law and legislation and conflict with the legally binding policies and procedures as laid out by Royal Mail enforced by the postal regulator.

Purchasing Multiple Items:
When purchasing multiple items, please request an invoice or wait for us to invoice you before paying so that we can combine the shipping costs, otherwise you will pay the full shipping costs.
Payment from mainland Great Britain & Northern Ireland Customers:
Payment is expected within 7 Days of buyer using By Now or within 7 Days of the End of Auction. We accept payments in GBP£ via PayPal, Personal Cheque or Postal Order (uncrossed) from those residing in mainland Great Britain. If paying by Personal Cheque, your item(s) will only be dispatched when the cheque has cleared. If paying via PayPal eCheque, your item(s) will only be dispatched when the eCheque has cleared which can take between 7-9 days. If paying by Postal Order, your item(s) will be dispatched the same day we cash the Postal Order. If paying by cheque or postal order then please make out the cheque or postal order to our accounts manager: Mr Lee Jones. We only accept PayPal payments in GBP£ from those residing in Northern Ireland.
We will only send a maximum of 3 payment reminders and if payment has not been received by the end of the 7 days and there has been no contact from the buyer then we will report the buyer as a non-paying buyer. We will leave negative feedback for the buyer at our discretion in the event of non-payment.
Payment from International Customers:
Payment is expected within 7 Days of buyer using By Now or within 7 Days of the End of Auction. We only accept PayPal payments in GBP£ from all Europe & International customers.
We will only send a maximum of 3 payment reminders and if payment has not been received by the end of the 7 days and there has been no contact from the buyer then we will report the buyer as a non-paying buyer. We will leave negative feedback for the buyer at our discretion in the event of non-payment.
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for the United Kingdom for a replacement or a full refund. We accept returns within 21 days of purchase for Europe, EU, United States of America and Canada for a replacement or a full refund. You, the customer, are to cover the postal cost of returning an item or multiple items so please keep all original packaging materials so the item(s) can be returned.
Returns can only be accepted on carded/boxed items in their original factory sealed condition. Loose items must be returned in a non played with condition with ALL weapons, accessories, labels/stickers/inserts and any other additional items that originally came with the item(s). All items must be returned in saleable condition.
In the event that an item needs to be returned, we will only issue a refund or send out a replacement once we have safely received the item being returned.
In the event of an item arriving damaged please take pictures and contact us directly for further advice.
We do NOT accept returns on Lego sets. Due to people purchasing Lego sets, removing the Lego mini figures, then resealing the box, and then returning the Lego sets, minus the Lego mini figures, for a refund, in effect, stealing the Lego mini figures from the sets, we no longer accept returns on Lego sets.
Non Paying Buyers & Winners of Auctions:
Payment is expected within 7 Days of buyer using By Now or within 7 Days of the End of Auction. If payment is not received by this time, even after payment reminders which will be sent on the third, fifth and seventh day, the item(s) will be re-listed, the order cancelled, the buyer reported as a Non Paying Bidder and negative feedback will be left. If you can not pay within 7 Days or have no intention of paying, then do NOT Buy Now or Bid on the Auction.
Leaving Feedback:
Upon receipt of your item, please check your item(s) carefully and notify us via email if there are any problems. If you are happy with your item(s) and our service then we would be grateful if you leave us positive feedback. We will only leave feedback for buyers upon receipt of feedback being left for us first.
In the event of your order being delayed or failing to arrive, do not notify us of this through leaving neutral or negative feedback. This is totally unnecessary and unreasonable as we are not Royal Mail and we are not legally responsible nor accountable for delays to or the non-delivery of your order after the item has been dispatched - it is out of our hands and by law in the hands of Royal Mail. Please contact us through the appropriate channels if your order has not arrived within the time frame specified by Royal Mail in the above "Additional Shipping Information" section.
Pictures we use:
As a proper and professional shop, by law, we are allowed to use stock photographs from manufacturers as long as the item we send is in factory condition, however, we never use stock images. All our images are our own images of the actual in stock items and the item you receive will be "similar" to the item pictured. We say similar because there are slight imperfections that happen during the manufacturing process which are beyond our control so the same item can differ slightly. Any "sellers" caught using our images will be prosecuted under national and international copyright laws.
