We cater for the special needs and requirements of collectors with regards to shipping, making sure items are well protected for transit whether you are buying carded/boxed or loose items.
We have been trading for many years and have many years experience. We are genuine and honest and only stock licensed items. We do not sell items that have changed hands a few times and try to sell them on as "new" like some of our competitors do. We do not buy items, like Star Wars store exclusives from other Toy Stores and then try to sell them on at a higher price like most of our competitors do.

Combined Shipping for the United Kingdom, Jersey & Guernsey:
All orders weighing up to 1000g/1kg will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class small packets services unless 2nd Class small packets services are requested prior to invoicing. All orders weighing over 1000g/1kg will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class services or Standard Parcels, whichever works out cheapest.
We combine shipping where possible except where weight and size restrictions are applied by the postal service.
We do not charge a flat rate price for the first loose/carded action figure and a flat rate price per additional loose/carded action figure as a customer can end up paying far more than they need to with this extremely unfair system.
When purchasing 2 or more loose/carded action figures, we will weigh them all together, including packaging materials supplied, and charge the exact postal service price for that small packets weight plus the price of packaging materials supplied. This way, the customer will pay for the accurate small packets weight only plus the price of packaging materials supplied and will NOT be overcharged. If you purchase 5 or more loose action figures, then they will be dispatched in an appropriately sized box. We do NOT make any profit on postage and packaging costs.

Postal Insurance (International):
We offer Royal Mail's International Signed For for all Europe & International for a set price of £4.95 which enables tracking of packages. Insurance and compensation is included within the price. Your recorded item will be automatically covered for up to £41.00 compensation, in the unlikely event of loss or damage. Any orders over the value of £41.00 will require additional insurance at an additional cost. Postal Insurance, for example, Royal Mail's International Signed For is optional except where it is already included in the Postage & Packaging price. A signature will be required upon delivery. If you wish to take out this service, then please state this when ordering.
Rokin's Toys Dispatch Aim:
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of cleared payment (Excluding Weekends & Holidays). We do not dispatch orders on a Saturday.

1st Class: 1-2 Days, 2nd Class: 3+ Days, Standard Parcels: 3+ Days, Recorded Signed For: 1-3+ Days

Rokin's Toys are not responsible for delivery times, delivery delays, the damage to or non-delivery of orders. By United Kingdom law, the postal service concerned is solely responsible (something eBay needs to be educated in).
We always obtain a Certificate of Posting.
In the event of Non-Delivery:

Royal Mail have a 15 working day policy, including Saturdays and excluding Holidays, before declaring a parcel lost.
If after 15 working days from the due delivery date an item sent has not arrived, then please contact us.
Europe, European Union, Ireland & Iceland.
Royal Mail have a 20 working day policy, including Saturdays and excluding Holidays, before declaring a parcel lost.
If after 20 working days from the due delivery date an item sent has not arrived, then please contact us.
United States of America & Canada, Australia & New Zealand
Royal Mail have a 25 working day policy, including Saturdays and excluding Holidays, before declaring a parcel lost.

All Postage & Packaging prices INCLUDE Royal Mail postage costs for relevant services AND packaging materials supplied. All Royal Mail postage costs are based on size and weight including packaging materials supplied. All Royal Mail postage costs, Postal Insurance costs and Delivery Aims are beyond our control and are set by Royal Mail. All packaging materials costs are beyond our control and are set by the manufacturer where we purchase packaging materials from.

Purchasing Multiple Items:
When purchasing multiple items, please wait for us to invoice you before paying so we can combine the Postage & Packaging costs, otherwise you will pay the full Postage & Packaging costs.
Payment from Mainland Great Britain & Northern Ireland Customers:
Payment is expected within 7 Days of buyer using By Now or within 7 Days of the End of Auction. We accept payments in GBP£ via PayPal, Personal Cheque or Postal Order from those residing in mainland Great Britain. Cheques and Postal Orders are to be made payable to Darth Reapers Realm. If paying by Personal Cheque, your item(s) will only be dispatched when the cheque has cleared. If paying via PayPal eCheque, your item(s) will only be dispatched when the eCheque has cleared which can take between 7-9 days. If paying by Postal Order, your item(s) will be dispatched upon us receiving the Postal Order. We only accept PayPal payments in GBP£ from those residing in Northern Ireland.
Payment from International Customers:
Payment is expected within 7 Days of buyer using By Now or within 7 Days of the End of Auction. We only accept PayPal payments in GBP£ from all Europe & International customers.
Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for the United Kingdom for a replacement or a refund for the item(s) minus Postage & Packaging costs. We accept returns within 21 days of purchase for Europe, EU, United States of America and Canada for a replacement or a refund for the item(s) minus Postage & Packaging costs. Customer is to cover cost of returning an item or multiple items.
We do NOT refund Postage & Packaging costs. Unfortunately, due to the cost of the postage stamp and postal insurance these days, and the cost and packaging materials that we buy brand new, we can not refund Postage & Packaging costs for postal services rendered and packaging materials used.
Returns can only be accepted on carded/boxed items in their original factory sealed condition. Loose items must be returned in a non played with condition with ALL weapons, accessories, labels/stickers/inserts and any other additional items that originally came with the item(s).
We do NOT accept returns on Lego sets. Due to people purchasing Lego sets, removing the Lego mini figures, then resealing the box, and then returning the Lego sets, minus the Lego mini figures, for a refund, in effect, stealing the Lego mini figures from the sets, we no longer accept returns on Lego sets.
Non Paying Buyers & Winners of Auctions:
Payment is expected within 7 Days of buyer using By Now or within 7 Days of the End of Auction. If payment is not received by this time, even after payment reminders which will be sent on the third, fifth and seventh day, the item(s) will be re-listed, the order cancelled, the buyer reported as a Non Paying Bidder and negative feedback will be left. If you can not pay within 7 Days or have no intention of paying, then do NOT Buy Now or Bid on the Auction.
Leaving Feedback:
Upon receipt of your item, please check your item(s) carefully and notify us via email if there are any problems. If you are happy with your item(s) and our service then we would be grateful if you leave us positive feedback. We will only leave feedback for buyers upon receipt of feedback being left for us first.
In the event of your order being delayed or failing to arrive, do not notify us of this through leaving neutral or negative feedback. This is totally unnecessary and unreasonable as we are not Royal Mail and we are not responsible nor accountable for delays to or the non-delivery of your order after the item has been dispatched - it is out of our hands and in the hands of Royal Mail. Please contact us through the appropriate channels if your order has not arrived within the time frame specified by Royal Mail in the above "In the event of Non-Delivery" section.
Pictures we use:
As a proper and professional shop, by law, we are allowed to use stock photographs and/or photographs from other sources like manufacturers as long as the item we send is in factory condition. Due to how extremely busy we are, we do not always have the time to take individual pictures of all our in-stock items so we use photos taken by Dan Curto of Rebelscum.com or hi-rez photos from other sources until we are able to take pictures of the item(s) ourselves. When using pictures by Dan Curto or other sources, the item you receive will be "similar" to the item pictured. We say similar because there are slight imperfections that happen during the manufacturing process which are beyond our control.
