 I have been selling on line for a number of years and I take pride in my 100% postitive feedback from another well known site. I left that on line auction because of high fees and the fact I could not offer my buyers all the services which are available on eBid.

   Selling on eBid is important, having retired from work because of a disability...I didn't want to stagnate...What better thing to do than to sell  things I have collected over many years. My aim is to always care and look out for my customer's needs and to provide a safe and honest  service.

Shipping is within 48 hours of payment received. I post daily Monday - Friday. Larger or special care items are always sent by next day courier or Royal mail special delivery, which ever is cheapest and most suitable

I will continue this record of service with goods that are 100% high quality . 100% fair starting prices and 100% rapid shipping. I do not make unfair profit on shipping and I keep the shipping prices as low as possible.

The range of goods are wide.....As over the years I have aquired all kinds of good quality and interesting things. I still get given things that I can't use but I know others may find It's just what they have been looking for.  eBid is now THE auction site  just like that other auction site in the "Good Old Days"... before it went like a boring shopping mall!

My most important rule I have set for myself under this name is to continue my reputation as a fair and honest trader.
Communication with my customer's is the one most important trading activity. Good communication is vital for a successful eBid transaction.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy  with your purchase, please email me and I will happily send you a refund on return of the item. Please send the item back with the original packaging. Please DO contact me with any problems and together we will work to your satisfaction.  I want happy customers but I cannot help if you do not notify me of your issues.

My payment requests.

Please do NOT send cash or notes through the post. I cannot be responsible for their loss and money is not covered by Royal Mail insurance . I take all precautions to package your items well and in the event of loss or damage in the post I will take due action. Items over £36.00 in value are sent by special delivery only, for safety. Please take this into account when purchasing more expensive items and hold fire on payment if over this amount so I can alter your invoice to allow for changes.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE
Paypal payment only. Bank Charges for cheques or Banker's Drafts are so expensive to process I have in the past lost money. So Now I will not accept them.
Channel Island buyers please email for postage costs, I am afraid it's often a bit more expensive for your shipping.
In the event of a problem please email me to sort things out. It's not fair to give horrendously bad feedback if your item was damaged in the post!! I am human and prefer happy customers.
SO
I always obtain proof of posting and so take responsibility for refunds and claims.
 However I can only do this if a faulty/damaged item is returned within 14 days. (Please send original wrapping too as this is sometimes needed to make a claim) 
An item is not deemed as "lost" until 15 days after posting for UK mail.
I describe the article warts and all to the best of my ability.
BN means Brand New and unused and top quality.
Used may also mean some small damage/imperfection to a new article. (EG Display model) I will always state the condition fairly.
