I've been an online seller (and power seller) for around 10 years with a current feedback on another auction site of over 5400 with 100% rating.  See my Repatoo user link: http://www.repatoo.com/user/pugwashahoy/

I treat my buyers with courtesy and am always willing to help with requirements and provide advice on sewing issues when I can. 

I work full time, but usually pop in the morning and evening when I'm not away, to see if anyone has called.  (I try to remember to leave a note when I'm away).

I will combine multiple items to save P&P.  I calculate this on the actual postage plus a single fee for expenses, however many items there are. 

I always obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate, so if there are any non-delivery problems I will be happy to make a claim on your behalf within the guidelines of the carrier.  Don't forget, if your package turns up outside of the PO's stated times you can make a claim for late delivery.  The free PoP Certificate also includes a level of insurance.
