Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt.
They must be returned as sent i.e. unworn and with labels intact.

Before returning anything you should contact us through ebid using the after auction log (aal) on the item you have bought..

We accept no responsibility for any returned items until we receive them. Therefore when returning an item proof of posting should be obtained. For more expensive items recorded delivery (signed for) should be used.

Only the cost of the item, not the p&p, will be refunded unless there is a significant difference between the item you received and the description we gave in the auction details.
