Term and conditions
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 14 days of your delivery date, we will take back the product and issue a refund or exchange. Please note that all refunds and exchanges are subject to approval by our Customer Service Department. All products must be in perfect condition, unused, and resalable. Returns which are not as a result of either an error on our part or are proven to be faulty goods are subject to a restocking fee of between 15% to 30% of the purchase price, subject to our discretion. You should email us using our Contact link at the head of the page with the following information: 1. Your Name and address 2. Product number and/or product name 3. Reason for return 4. Return for replacement, exchange, or refund We will send you a return email with instructions on how, and where to send the package. Please remember that all returned products must be in the original resaleable unused condition with all-packing material, manuals, and registration card(s). We will issue a refund for any items that meet these conditions. Return of Faulty Goods In the event that Goods are found to be defective at any time within the first 30 days from delivery then please contact our Customer Services team immediately that you become aware of the defect.
We will then issue a returns document, which will either be emailed or faxed to you. This document will need to be packed with the defective goods and the package then returned to us with 14 days from the date of issue. Failure to do so could result in the goods being refused and no refund or replacement issued
PLEASE NOTE: We will be unable to send out a replacement product until the faulty item has been returned and received.
Shipping If for some reason we find we are not able to ship to you within our specified time scale we will refund you in full including all shipping costs and cancel your order. We will always contact you first to make sure you are happy with this as some people are still prepared to wait for the item.

We can only refund shipping costs if the return is approved as result of our error. The customer remains responsible for actual shipping charges, including all items shipped to you free of charge. (Actual shipping bills can be provided when necessary.)
