Ordering Information
Product Descriptions
For used products we offer for sale, our aim is to seek out items in as-new, near-new and cared-for condition. Antiquarian and older collectable items of memorabilia , such as first edition books and rock-concert programs etc., are unlikely to have escaped the ravages of time unscathed. However, we always aim to point out any obvious signs of use, marks or notable cosmetic damage which may be present.
We take great pride in the accuracy of our descriptions of used goods and strive to be asthorough and critical as possible in our evaluations – we want you to receive items which would meet our own expectations!
Payment & Shipping Costs
If you buy more than one item, please wait for an invoice, as we will try to combine them to keep carriage charges to a minimum. We may post in separate parcels, where this is the most economic option.
We endeavour to email buyers with an invoice and details of any payment choices within 24 hours of purchase.
Our preferred payment method is by Google Checkout. Only cheques drawn on UK banks are accepted. All payments to be made in GB Pounds only.
For your own security, please do not send cash through the post.
Packaging and Despatch
We aim to securely pack and despatch all orders within two business days, from date of cleared payment. As we also supply through other outlets, in the event that an item has just gone out of stock at the time of order, we will notify the Buyer as soon as possible. For unique items, where a replacement cannot be immediately despatched, we will refund the Buyer's payment in full.
Shipping rates and options are stated at the point of order/invoice. All goods are despatched by trackable means, according to value, weight and destination. Tracking information is sent to the Buyer's contact email address, usually within 24 hours of despatch.
ORDERS FOR DELIVERY IN THE UK:
Order value below £50 - despatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Order value over £50 - despatched by insured Royal Mail Special Delivery, or Parcelforce or equivalent 24/48-hour service, according to weight, size and value of goods.
ORDERS FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK:
All orders are despatched by insured Royal Mail International Signed-for service.
Returns
We aim to be critical in describing the condition of used items offered for sale and hope you will be delighted with your purchase.
If, on receiving your order, you consider we have mis-described the goods, you must notify us within 24-hours of receipt and return them to us, complete and with any seals intact, in the same condition as supplied, within three days. If, on receipt of goods, your reason for return is found to be valid, we will refund your payment in full.
For goods damaged or lost in transit to you, we will do our utmost to help you secure a settlement payment from the Carrier.
New items may be returned to us for any reason for a full refund or replacement, within 7 days of receipt, providing the goods are returned unused and in saleable condition, complete with all packaging as supplied. In the event that faulty or incorrect goods were supplied against an order, carriage charges will also be refunded.
In all cases, you are responsible for securely packaging and insuring the goods being returned, as well as for all carriage charges, unless return is a result of Seller's error.
