Although we are new to eBid.net we are not new to the online auction business. We have been selling online at eBay for almost 10 years and we are a Power Seller. We also have had the unique privilige to enjoy 100% positive feedback from all of our customers. Our jewelry items are all made with high quality materials, and all our Fine Jewelry is 100% precious metals (.925 Sterling Silver and 10k -18k Gold) NEVER plated or over-layed.
We also, at times, sell used items, which we occasionally obtain from Estate Sales, etc. All times are inspected to the best of our ability and described as accurately as possible. Used items are always sold "AS IS", so we ask that all customers please read the auctions and agree to the conditions before placing bids.
Return policies are simple....If an item is eligible for return, it must be returned to the seller before any refund or exchange will take place. ALL RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER!! We also offer the option to keep the item and recieve a partial refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
