Terms and Conditions from arsehole-mugs.ebid.net

The following Terms apply to all of Janners Mugs (the owner of arsehole-mugs.ebid.net) auctions and "Buy it Now" items unless otherwise stated in an individual Ebid listings. Details in individual Ebid listings will take precedence over and above these terms if different from those following.

We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchases from me. Before placing your bid or using Buy it Now, please use 'ask the seller a question' if you have any questions whatsoever, that aren't answered here.

Please note as a business I am normally only available during business hours and that in order to be able to continue to offer low volume orders at large volume prices I can only deal online through ebid messaging. Please do not ask me to phone as I am a one man business, and hot presses, timers and phones do not mix.

After the Auction

An automated eBid email is sent as soon as you purchase.

Your item will be printed in turn. 

Printing Timescales

All orders are printed and dispatched within 2 working days during normal work hours. Work hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm. Please note if you order something after 4pm, the 2 days is from the next working day.

Shipping / P&P Rates

All goods are sent using Royal Mail 48. 

In the unfortunate instance that a package is lost we will provide a replacement item automatically but please note that the British Post Office will not accept a parcel as lost until 25 working days after posting. In line with British consumer law we send replacement items and only refund in exceptional circumstances in these cases

Returns

All of our items are checked prior to despatch and posted in appropriate packaging. In the unfortunate event of a problem with your purchase please email us as soon as possible with full details.

Please note that the majority of our items are custom made and are therefore exempt from the normal distance selling regulations. Returns can only be accepted on these items if incorrect or faulty and the error has been on our behalf. Please ask before returning any item to establish if a return is acceptable.

Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced and return postage refunded. For non customised items returns can be made but must be returned in as sold condition with original packaging. Refunds in these cases will be less the original p&p charge and return postage to us will be the customers responsibility.

Please note that all items are individually hand printed and that small variances beyond our control will occur on some items, for example, in colour match or saturation or in alignment on items that are not always a regular size or shape. We use sophisticated software to correct this as much as possible prior to printing but some variances do occasionally remain. The printing process used is sublimation, which involves the colour being placed via a gas. Slight (and I mean very slight) colour drift may occur.

Please advise us by email before returning any item to confirm that a return is acceptable.

If you are in any doubt about any of the terms of this sale please email your question before purchase. I am a friendly chap and will do my best to help although we are a business and therefore aren't here 24/7. If I get your question in time before the end of the auction, you will get a response from me. Best time for an answer is the usual Monday to Friday 'office hours'.
