Thank you for visiting. We invite you to join in our "online Thrift Store" Experience. Our company as a whole has made contacts in over 75 different countries in six continents with mostly outdoor gear and hunting/fishing gear. We then have our own product line for pets that is all hand made and homemade by us. You will also see some other great thrift store affordable deals, from cloths to other amazoning goods.

The selection will be constantly changing and growing as we vary and add to the items carefully chosen from our off-line inventory in our fullfilment center that we house with Amazon, which is much more diverse than even hinted at here.
Our own product lines are hand made by our personally and shipped from our local location. Because of this, each one is unique, and there are no two identical.

All payment forms must clear before processing your order for shipment. Money Orders must be received before your order is processed and shipped (again money order must cash out).
Why do we not offer PayPal?
There are many reasons, all of which are a mix of protection to our customers and ourselves. One of our biggest reasons is so that we can keep the cost of our items down. We are working on a Braintree account so that you can have the option to pay with your PayPal account in the future.
SHIPPING Policy
For shipping, USPS is the automatic choice to calculate the cost you pay; however we reserve the right to choose another shipper at no extra cost to you if we find it to be more practical. Our normal shipping process is FedEx or UPS for domestic, and USPS. USPS is our go to for our handmade product line and for most international orders. We will combine shipping for items purchased within 5 days and paid for in a single payment (if paid for individually combined shipping is voided). Contact us upon making your purchase before sending payment for combined rates.
All items that are not from our own personal product line (thepethelp) comes from either our Amazon fullfillment center or Our shipping department. Our personal product line and some thrift store items will personally come from our local location.
99% of our items are free shipping. For those that are not it is due to weight and cost of freight to ship it.
We do ship to APO/FPO Addresses. At this time we do not ship to PO BOxes. Pricing for APO/FPO Addresses is cordnated with the cost of shipping to the lower 48 states (exceptions are those APO/FPO Addresses that are located in Alaska or Hawaii, which take on those location shipping costs).
When it comes to Alaska and Hawaii, we love shipping to you but unfortunately can't offer free shipping due to cost of shipping to these two locations. What we do offer is a flat rate shipping for order costs.
Shipping insurance is the only guarantee against damage, as many of our items are very fragile. If an item arrives damaged, save all packaging & immediately file a claim with the carrier. Then please contact us to let us know so we can follow up on it. We can not assume responsibility for claims filed late or without required documentation; however we will assist in any way we can. We will then send a replacement or refund when the claim is complete, usually in a few days.
All items are sold "as is" without warranty unless otherwise noted in the individual listing. However, we do want you to be happy doing business with us. If you are dissatisfied with your product, contact us for refunds/exchanges within 14 days of receipt less shipping & handling. Item must be returned undamaged, unopened (if originally sold in sealed packaging) and received within 14 days of delivery. Before going through this process you MUST CONTACT US to request a return, we retain the right to except or deny a return on case by case. If your return is excepted you will be given a return slip that you need to place in the packaged item before shipping it to us. Exceptions: For safety and sanitation purposes, earrings and consumable items such as food/teas/etc. cannot be returned once received. All items that are returned without a return slip provided by us will not be refunded nor will the item be returned to you (this is for many reasons).
All granted refunds will be minus shipping cost of original order if there was a shipping cost paid by the buyer plus a $20 restock fee. There are no exceptions to these refund terms.
We do not share or sell your information.
Your privacy and information that is used to purchase from us is protected by the paymen processor.
