After many years and well over 3,000 postive feedbacks we have had to leave another online auction site due to the high costs of doing business there and constant changes. We are a family who enjoy doing this together. The only one who does not seem to help is "The Dog" who is in the photo. We always try to be as careful in our listings as possible, being as descriptive and accurate as possible.
Our policies are as follows:
Do NOT leave feedback before contacting us or no refunds will be given. If there is an error in our listing we will refund full amount of purchase including shipping. For other reasons your bid amount will be refunded once item is returned in original condition. You must purchase insurance to cover shipping damage as all items are packaged carefully. We ship using priority mail for most items. If an item is media, we will use that. We are also willing to ship parcel or 1st class if able and requested. We combine shipping on multiple items and charge for actual shipping cost based on item weight and buyer location. We add 1$ handling charge to orders in the USA and 2$ on international orders. Large or delicate items may have another dollar added to cover additional packing materials.
We accept Paypal only for payment. Payment is expected within 48 hours unless you have made arrangements with us. Once payment is made we will ship, normally the next business day but can take up to 5 business days. Once you receive your item please contact us if you have any problems and we will do everything we can to make it right. Not responsible for Postal or Customs delays, damages or charges.
