i try to be as honest as possible as i see no reason not to. i used to do carboots and since moved onto online auctions.
if i buy something i pay straight away as you couldn't go into a shop and say i want that i'll pay in a few days. though i don't mind if some asks me if i'd wait a bit longer for payday to be honest i'm happy to sell to anyone along they are just as honest.
i sell second hand items that are mine and i've loved and yeah not everyone will have that opinion but you are buying second hand and not new so please if you want knew i'm not for you.
please remember used items will not be brand new and may have some imperfections such as wear and tear any major imperfections or problems will be listed.
i don't smoke but i have dogs hence the name so please have a little understanding i will clean the item before you get it to the best of my ability but i do say sorry for any rouge dog hair.

I DO COMBINE POSTAGE AND PACKAGING AND I ALSO ALLOW PICK UP TO SAVE ON POSTAGE ESPECIALLY ON SPECIAL DELIVERY ITEMS THE MORE YOU BUY THE MORE YOU SAVE.
I also recycle everything, if i think it can be used as packaging it probably will be. mabye that's why i have packets left in my cupboard instead of boxes. joking aside we don't need more waste so it can keep going around in circles and if you can resuse it then brilliant.
please i always answer questions as quick as possible but i do know sometimes emails can go missing so if you think i'm ignore you send a couple more it's not intentional.

i don't accept returns for change of mind so please read all discriptions carefully or ask me a question i will also send more photos on request to your email address so their is no dispute.
all items are to be sent to the paypal registered address and not anything else if paying by paypal so please make sure your paypal information is up to date.
returns at buyers cost and must be sent back in the same condition as sent if a return has been accepted where there is nothing wrong with the item.
If you take up the offer of reduced postage through the sending of cash, postal order or cheque, please beaware that no insurance is offered on these items and i will not be held responsible for loss or damage through royal mail. Therefore a refund will not be available but all help will be available for you to try and recover any item for loss or damage from royal mail. all items will be sent tracked no matter what precious metals are not covered with royal mail unless sent special delivery so please remember this when making your decision. All items will be package properly and to the hilt.
items are not considered lost in the UK until after 15 working days not including sundays and ABROAD 25 working days not including sundays. so please give this amount of time for your parcel to arrive before it is deemed missing.
if i agree a return for no reason other than change of mind postage and packaging charges will be deducted.
I accept postal orders or cash. If sending postal order from abroad please make sure they are in sterling only i cannot accept a postal order in your currency.
abroad i can send items up the the weight of 2kg any more than this then i will have to send another parcel and postage cannot be combined over this weight.
it is your responsiblity to check your countries import duties and taxes i am not responsible for this.
i will allways try and resolve any problems as quickly as possible. i don't bite and i do understand mistakes i'm not perfect and i don't expect you to be either we're just human.
