Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, refunds cannot be provided.  We will only consider refunds if the item is not as described or faulty (due to a failing on our part). 

Delivery Time-scales

Due to all our products being handmade, please allow time for us to make up your order.  If you wish to order a large quantity, and/or require your order urgently please email us to ensure we can meet your requirements.  Most of the time we will be able to accomadate your request.  Most orders will be made up and dispatched within 3-5 days (dependant on amount ordered) of receiving cleared payment.  Please also allow an extra  3-4 days for Royal Mail delivery.  We cannot be held responsible for delays incurred due to the Royal Mail or any other carrier.

Eclectic Gifts & Clothes - store no 2

Clothes, Gifts, Jewellery, all brand new. Mainly items that we have bought or un-wanted gifts, but never used/wore.  Come on in & grab a fab new bargain!!!

Refunds

All items are checked prior to posting, but if you receive an item that is faulty (unless described as faulty), not as described, or not fit for purpose, please email us  with details of the fault(s), together with suitable pictures of the faults. Issues of this nature will be dealt with on an individual basis. Please read all auction descriptions fully before bidding!!!

All items are sent via Standard 2nd Class Delivery, unless otherwise stated. If you require alternative delivery methods such as Next Day or Special Delivery, please contact us for prices, prior to bidding.
