CruelLady is a jewellery designer and online retailer based in Edinburgh's historic New Town. After twenty years as a bookseller, events manager and window dresser with Dillons in Bloomsbury and then James Thin in Edinburgh, she moved into web design and hardware support, and eventually into jewellery design as an outlet for her creativity.
