Due to pressure of work I have stopped selling TEMPLATES. Existing customers will continue to receive support whenever they need it, but new sales are on hold, sorry. Banners, labels etc continue as normal.

Returns Policy
If you are in any way unhappy with your item, please contact me immediately. As a business seller I will respect all of your rights under Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) and the Sale of Goods Act (SOGA). Effectively, this means that you have the right to return anything you don't like, within seven days, using the same or equivalent packaging and service as was used to ship it to you. I will refund your payment and will usually refund your return shipping also but you must contact me first for this to apply. Books returned unannounced will be shipped at your own cost, thanks.

As Editor of the eBid Newsletter I provide a service to eBid as my clients, and what goes in the newsletter is their choice. I do, of course, make suggestions and include content that I believe is good for the site and will meet with their approval, but I would not make major changes to direction or include items for the good of others unasked. I particularly feel I must avoid any possible impression of bias towards my friends, favourites, and pet-projects.
If anybody has suggestions about things that they consider would be a good addition to the newsletter it would be appropriate for them to contact the management and present their ideas, presumably explaining the benefit to the site in making the change. The management can then pass on to me any ideas they wish me to pursue.
