  Hi my name is Averil and I have been selling on Ebid for over 8 years.

Take a  look at the many BOOKS now listed with a lot more to follow. I still have a lot of books to sell, especially childrens. As a qualified NURSERY NURSE I acquired many books over the years whilst working, as well as books belonging to my five sons. Some of the books are NEW and have never been read. Some are recent  purchases which after reading are offered up for sale, so grab a bargain or two.

I  sell AVON products, many of which are discontinued. If there is a product you particularily want, I will endevour to source the item you require. Though there is no guarantee that I will be able to get the older items, I wll try my best.

I also sell HANDMADE CARDS, the money raised from them goes to charity. Take a look at the many different styles I sell, each and everyone is unique and individual. I rarely ever make an identical card, unless requested to do so.

Everything I sell comes from a non-smoking and pet free home. I am selling my own goods, and do not buy in things to sell. Obviously Avon items is the exception, although again due to ill health I do not go around the doors and only sell to family and friends.

I OFFER POSTAL DISCOUNT ON THE PURCHASE OF TWO OR MORE ITEMS. Anything that you are unhappy about, then please get in touch, it has very rarely ever happened.  I try to describe items accurately and have a returns policy if the item is not to your satisfaction.

I ask that should you bid and win an item, please respond to any emails that I may send, as I have had people ignore emails, and  therefore I have no idea if payment has been sent. Payment prefered is BANK TRANSFER, PERSONAL CHEQUES, POSTAL ORDERS, CASH sent securely and at your own risk. Thank You

OWING TO BEING SENT A CHEQUE THAT BOUNCED and  THE BUYER RECEIVING THE GOODS (THEFT&FRAUD), I WILL ONLY ACCEPT CHEQUES IF YOU ARE PREPARED TO WAIT UNTIL IT CLEARS. I WILL NO LONGER SEND ITEMS UNTIL I KNOW THE MONEY IS IN MY ACCOUNT.

I AM NOW ALSO SENDING GOODS SECOND CLASS SIGNED FOR, AS TWO PARCEL'S HAVE GONE MISSING OR SO I WAS INFORMED AND THEREFORE ENDED UP BEING OUT OF POCKET DUE TO RETURN OF PAYMENT AND THE POST OFFICE WILL NOT PAY COMPENSATION

ABOUT MYSELF: I have been married for 39 years and have five sons. The eldest is 36 and is still living at home, the youngest is 15. My hobbies include, KNITTING, SEWING, CRAFTS, COOKING and READING. Now retired from work owing to ill health and was registered disabled three years ago. So to make ends meet I make and sell a few cards. I like to do cross stitch, making soft toys and of course knitting, though because of osteo arthritis in my hands it is becoming more difficult to make as many items as I once did.
