I am a busy retired lady having worked for most of my life in the examinations sector of universities and colleges. Being both a buyer and a seller, I appreciate that good service is of paramount importance and you will most certainly get the best service I can offer. Now for the boring, but necessary, bit:
Payment: Detailed on each item page and usually by PayPal (preferred), Cheque, Postal Order or Bank Transfer. If you are purchasing more than one item, please wait for me to send you an invoice as it gives me a chance to reduce your postage charges where possible.
Shipping: All items will be dispatched in one working day from cleared payment and will be carefully packaged to reach you in tip-top condition.
Return policy: Please let me know within 7 days that you wish to return an item. Returns should be by tracked postage, using second class recorded delivery (return postage costs are your responsibilty); tracked postage ensures that we are both covered should the item go astray. Of course, if I have made a genuine error in the listing I will also refund your return postage. Please return items in the clean condition in which they were sent.
Further Information: Since supporting Ruff Luck Rescue from October 2010 the donations, through sales from my eBid stores, the eBid YDC (Your Donation Counts) Charity Auctions and a small number of other venues to 29th April 2012, have reached £535.96.
