I'm new to eBid but not new to online selling...my eBay account of the same username was setup 10 years ago and within that time I've done quite a bit buying and selling and to date my feedback score is 558 all 100% positive. Within the last couple of years I have slowly moved away from eBay selling as they're fees are astronomical and instead decided to use it more for buying.

I'm in the early stages of beginning an online business providing a whole range of different products. My first port of call was eBay however with the fees it would be hard to turn a profit and instead I'm now focusing my time on eBid. Using eBid isn't actually a bad idea. With their low fee structure against the competition will mean me being able to offer lower prices which benefits everyone. 

However it isn't all about low prices. Customer satisfaction has always been my priority as a happy customer is someone who will hopefully return for future purchases and recommend me to their family and friends. It's been a vital part of my eBay selling which is why I've received 100% positive feedback.

I'd love to provide many different types of products and this is certainly my goal but I'm not going to run before I can walk. At the moment though I'm bringing a selection of jewellery, phone cases, tablet PC's and smart watches through two stores. Other items I'm expressing interest in are In-Car Tech, PC accessories and clothes.

Payment can be made in a number of ways. Currently accepted forms of payment are through either PPPay.com or Paypal.

I appreciate immediate payment as this means I can concentrate on inspecting your goods and getting them prepared for shipping. The sooner payment is sent then the sooner this takes place. However payment should be completed within 3 days of purchase.

I hope to provide free shipping on all items choosing the most cost effective way to deliver customer purchases, however this may not suit all customers due to longer delivery times. I know that certain customers may need their items delivered quickly for whatever reason and so I hope to provide at least 2 other alternatives to free shipping to cater for these people. These alternatives will be priced fairly taking into consideration the product type, value, insurance and delivery time.

I operate a strict 2 check policy where goods are inspected once received to me from suppliers and again before they are despatched to you. However this does not mean that items can arrive to customers damaged or defective. 

In cases where you have received a damaged or defective item then please contact me immediately. I will assign a returns number to you along with my return address and ask you to return the item to me along with a note detailing what is wrong with the item. It will then be tested and a refund issued or you'll have the option to receive a replacement item, depending on stock levels. 

I cannot accept returns on damaged or defective items where the item has been mistreated by the buyer through either accidental or malicious intent. This includes and is not limited to damage sustained by dropping or throwing, water, fire etc. 

If you purchase an item and simply change your mind then I can accept returns within 14 days of despatch provided the item is returned unopened and unused. Around holiday periods such as Christmas this will be extended, usually till around mid January. 

When submitting an order you are automatically entering a contract of sale. This means you are obligated to complete the sale by sending payment within 3 days, awaiting delivery of your order and either leaving feedback for me once you've received your order or contacting me if there is an issue. 

When you make an order through me I am also under contract to complete the sale. This means providing the best service possible by ensuring all goods are quality checked and properly packaged ready for despatch and getting your order despatched within my set time frame. I am also responsible for ensuring you are happy with your purchase and putting right any issues that may arise.
