PERSONAL:-I'm a retired psychriatric Nurse - a widowed Granny - full of arthritis, and recently had a knee replacement, so not very mobile a lot of the time. I have a house which is full of 'stuff' which I'm trying hard to let go! I can't resist buying books, and have been known to read 5 books in a week, which mostly end up on here or elsewhere!
I am also a published poet and a member of the local writers' group - Bedford Writers.
I have just started as a mobile handicrafts teacher, (Crochet, knitting, cross-stitch, embroidery and dressmaking), and I'm hoping it will be a success in these austere times!!
My NiceBig Clothes shop is for Ladies' Plus-sized clothing and shoes ( as I lose weight, my good items appear!)
In Judes Baby Bitz I have hand knits for premature babies and infants up to around age 4 ( and access to 'made-to-order baby knits - Just contact me)
I also have a bric a brac store where I put small collectables, and other unwanted family and household items from time to time.
I BUY:- mostly small pieces of Victoriana, particularly seaside souvenir ware, also packaging, and 'crafty bits & bobs'.
