Javaslublu Books was founded in 1998 and we have been selling pre-owned books via the Internet since 2000. We are a small family business and we pride ourselves in providing a personal service to all our customers. We do our best to describe any faults in our books but should we miss something, please see our Returns Policy below. |

Do you discount the shipping cost for combined orders? If you would like a combined shipping discount, EITHER wait for an Invoice with a combined shipping amount OR buy and pay for each item and we will issue a discount, normally within 24 hours OR email us the titles of the items you are interested in and we will be happy to provide you with an exact shipping quote before you buy. |

Is there a handling charge included in your P&P? Our shipping charge includes the actual postage cost paid to the Royal Mail, plus a small amount to cover the cost of packaging materials and printing costs. |

How will you pack my order? Your order will be carefully packaged in recycled corrugated card & brown paper. We do not use jiffy bags as books can move around inside them and become damaged. |
| How can I pay? Payment may be made by: Paypal Google Checkout Credit/Debit card through Paypal. We do not accept Cheques or International Money Orders. |
| How long will my parcel take to arrive? UK orders sent by First Class Post should arrive within 2 working days from when the payment is received. UK orders sent by Second Class Post should arrive within 5 working days from when the payment is received. All European orders are sent by Airmail and should arrive within 6-10 days. Orders outside of Europe will be sent by Airmail and should arrive within 10-21 days |
| My parcel hasn't arrived yet? If your order has not arrived within the times stated above, first please contact your area's Sorting Office. The most common reason for non-delivery is that the parcel was too big to fit through the letterbox so it has been taken back to the Sorting Office for you to collect. The postman may, or may not, have left a card to inform you of this! The Sorting Office will hold the parcel for 2-3 weeks pending collection before returning it to us. If your order is not at the Sorting Office please contact us |
| What about Returns & Refunds? If you are not happy with your item(s), please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Goods must then be returned within 14 days (UK) or 21 days (Overseas) in the same condition as they were received and in their original or similar packaging. If the item was accidentally misrepresented, we will refund your total payment plus return shipping costs. If there was no fault with the listing, we will refund your original payment but no return shipping costs. |
