I have been a member of eBid since April 2004.
All of my feedback on this site is from genuine sales or purchases from eBid and has NOT been imported from anywhere else.

I state in my lisitngs that I do not ship outside the UK, and although this is true, I am happy to consider sending abroad to genuine buyers who are account verified.
Please ask beforehand, giving me your details, so that I can get a postage quote for you.
Once we are both happy, I will update the listing to allow you to bid/buy.

Under no circumstances will I ship to Nigeria or to a sick uncle or cousin!

I am happy to combine postage costs wherever possible,
but please wait for a combined invoice from me BEFORE paying.

All payments to be received by me within 3 days please.
On the 4th day and subsequent days thereafter, if no payment is received from you, I will issue payment reminders as per eBid's NPB guidelines, if still no payment is received, I will leave negative feedback, which although is something I never like to do, it does filter out time-wasters.

I accept Paypal payments, and have been verified since 2004, so you can pay with confidence.

I also accept payments by PPPay.com, although you MUST have a validated account before sending a payment as I cannot receive it otherwise. I reserve the right to ask you to pay by another method within 3 days if you attempt to use an unvalidated PPPay.com account.

I can accept payments by UK cheque or by UK bank transfer too, but only if your item(s) total over £5.
Please ask for details if you wish to pay by either of these methods.

I will update the auction listing to allow you to pay by another method than that stated.

I will only post to the address you have logged with eBid.
It is your responsibility to update any change in address BEFORE buying.

All items will be posted within 3 working days of payment received,
although most will be posted the following working day wherever possible.
I always mark my items as 'shipped' once posted out,
please see your own 'My eBid' page to check progress.

I do accept returns.
A refund of the item(s) purchase price (not including postage costs) will be given minus any additonal fees incurred, and only if returned in the same condition as sent out.
Return postage to be paid by the buyer.
Please email before returning any items.

Almost all of my items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class postage, with a few exceptions.
I always get proof of postage, even if I only add a stamp to the item, I still ask for POP from the p.o.
If you believe an item has been damaged in transit, please email me with photographic evidence.
Likewise, if you haven't received your item after 15 working days, I can start a claim with RM.

Should an item be returned to me by RM because you are unavailable to accept delivery, I am happy to post out to you again providing you are willing to pay the postage costs once more.
Should an item be returned a 2nd time, I will refund the purchase price (minus postage costs & any fees)
