Welcome to all that visit our shop here on eBid. We sell all types of Eyewear, inclusive of Designer and Non designer, we endeavour to buy top brands as well as very high quality Non designer Sunglasses, frames, & accessories etc.
I have always had a passion for eyewear, especially Sunglasses. I like most people look for the best in a pair of Sunglasses, Optical frames etc, so I put myself in the same position as the customer and ask what would I like, and hopefully by gathering information such as this we can offer a service that I would like to receive myself.
We have another shop on another well known auction site where we have been trading for a fair while, the shop name on the other site is the same as on here so if you wish to check my feedback of 100% , please feel free it is currently standing at around 1079. I have decided to start selling on eBid as I feel that this is a very friendly place to be, and I feel it is a fair and just place for sellers and buyers alike.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Prior to shipment we check our items thoroughly, but as with any type of inspection there can be oversights.
We try to accurately take picures the best we can, close ups etc, but upon receiving your item it might not seem how it was portrayed in the photograph.
The Distance Selling Regulations state that if a buyer is not entirely happy with there item, they can return there goods for an exchange or refund.
FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES PLEASE READ TERMS BELOW:
If for any reason whatsoever that you are not satisfied with your item, Please Email us as soon as possible stating the reason for returning the goods.
On returning the item please return to the address on your invoice. Please note goods are returned at the customers risk, so we strongly advise using Special or Recorded Delivery for tracking purposes.
Your goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase on your invoice.
If you return goods for any reason apart from being faulty, for example they are not to your taste, or they dont fit, they will have to be returned intact with original packing, lens stickers, any paperwork, labels & tags etc.
We will refund you in full but we do not re-imburse postage unless the item is faulty.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your Eyewear will be posted to you in a specially prepared cardboard box to eliminate damage during transit.
Accessories will be posted in a padded jiffy envelope.
All item(s) will be sent by 1st class Recorded Delivery to ensure prompt dispatch requiring a signature.
Proof of posting is obtained for every item sent. If for any reason you do not receive your item please let us know so that we may raise a claim with the Postal Services.
However we would suggest that you give your item or items a chance to go through the delivery chain as the Royal Mail Group do not consider an item as lost until after 15 working days from the due date of delivery.
