Hi my name is Chris & I live in Westcliff-on-Sea in Essex, with my two dogs & my cat.

The spider's name is Gothicina, or Gothy for short, she was born when I needed to find a unique username to use for my design business. She lives in my PC, & is perfectly housetrained.

I've always enjoyed art & design, & I taught myself HTML, CSS, & XHTML. A few years ago I decided to put this to good use & started to design & sell web banners, & auction listing templates on eBay.

What I Sell

I currently have 2 stores open with this ID on eBid.
In Gothicina Labels - I list printed address labels in a number of sizes & designs, with a large choice of fonts.

In Gothicina's Web - I list Auction Templates, eBid Store Banners, About Me Page Templates, & some web advertising banners.
The templates are available as:-

• "Off the Shelf" - you just pick the one you want & away you go, these designs may be purchased by more than one seller.
• "Personalised" (but still "Off the shelf") - you just pick the one you want & I personalise it with your store or username, these designs may be purchased by more than one seller, but obviously the personalisation is unique.
• "One Of a Kind" - designed by me, but once purchased, will not be sold to anyone else.
• "Custom Designed" - where I work with you the buyer to try to bring to life your ideas, the finished product can be used exclusively by you.

All banners are Personalised they are available as:-

• "Off the shelf"- you just pick the one you want & I personalise it with your store name, these design may be purchased by more than one seller, but obviously the personalisation is unique.
• "One Of a Kind" - designed by me, but once purchased, will not be sold to anyone else.

After Sales Service

I believe my after sales service is second to none, as well as online tutorials , I offer support by email for as long as you need it.

I'm happy to work with you every step of the way to enable you to get the best out of your templates.

I always keep a backup copy of the designs I have sold, so if you have a problem a few months, or even years down the line, please get in touch & I'll do my best to assist you.

Image Hosting

I host all the images used in my templates on my paid for webhosting account, if you would prefer, you can have copies of the images to save to your own webhosting, or to a image hosting account like photobucket.

The choice is entirely yours, but please let me know ASAP, because I will need to alter the template, to reflect this.

Copyright

Regardless of where they are hosted, or used, I retain copyright of both the images & the template. They cannot be sold on, or altered without my consent, I do require that the copyright message on each template remains unaltered.

Payment

For Buyers in the UK I accept payment by, Google Checkout, Paypal, Moneybookers, Nochex, Pppay, Cheque or Postal Order.
For existing customers I'm also happy to use Bank Transfer.
Buyers from Europe I accept payment by Google Checkout, Moneybookers, Pppay or Paypal.
Buyers from the Rest of the World I accept payment by Google Checkout, Moneybookers or Paypal.

Electronic Delivery

Electronic Delivery is available as an option on all templates & banners, the design (or in many cases a choice of desgns) is sent as quickly as possible after the design is finished.

Postage & Packing

I usually post items the day after the design is approved, as long as the payment has cleared, but only Monday to Friday, as I work nights, & don't often get up before the Post Office closes on Saturday.

For UK sales I offer 1st class postage.
For Europe & the Rest of the World Airmail
The estimated delivery time for Airmail is 2 to 5 days.
Currently all mail to the USA is taking longer than usual, due to delays by US Customs.

Multiple Item Postage Discount

I'm always happy to combine postage for multiple purchases, this is not a token gesture, I weigh the items & price accordingly.
For Templates & Banners, there is no extra postal charge regardless, of the number of items you order at one time (you can fit a lot on a CD).

Please wait for an invoice from me to get the full discount.

Cancellations & Returns

For basic "Off the Shelf" Templates, where no personalisation has been added, I will refund if you change your mind, but you MUST stop using the template immediately.

If I make a typo or mistake with your address labels, I will replace double the amount free of charge, but cannot be held responsible if you give me the wrong information.

Goods that have been personalised in any way, or made to order, are exempt from the distance selling regulations which means that there is no automatic right to a refund or a replacement, for most of the items I sell.

General Terms

Payment within 7 days please, if you have a problem, for example electronic payment verification, please contact me via the AAL or email.

If your posted item hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, your first stop should be your local sorting office, in case it's stuck there, & the postman forgot to leave a card through your door. If you have no luck there please get back to me & I'll do my best to sort things out, I always obtain proof of posting.

Any other problems please contact me as soon as possible. I cannot sort out a problem I know nothing about & I really don't bite.

My Online Trading History

I've been selling online since 2000, although I had a break from February 2003 until January 2005. In the beginning it was mostly my retro computer & games collection. I made the move to eBid in 2006. I have two ID's Gothicina & Kewtonia , below you can see my feedback totals for both ID's.
