Autotool is a family run independant motor factor opened 22 years ago. We have always put quality of the parts before price, thus ensuring a regular customer base who want a supplier that pays more than lip service to the word "quality". Many of the products we sell are from well known manufacturers not always from the UK, mainly from europe where distribution is to an area many times the size of the UK. This gives economies of scale that allow us to offer true quality at a reasonable price. If you cannot find what you require on this shop site, send us an email (they all get answered!) and if we can help we'll always add your item to our product file.

Item must be returned within: 30 Days of receipt
Return Policy Details: Under the Consumer Protection ( Distance Selling ) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days, starting the day after receipt of the goods, without giving a reason. This is your cooling off period. You do not need to return the goods within this period for you to secure a refund. A refund will be given within 30 days of cancellation. If the goods have not been returned we will make a charge for collection and deduct this from the refund. This is the only charge that will be levied. Goods must be returned in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
