Thank you for taking the time to look at my products.
First a little bit about me:
I have been married for 14 years and am a mother of 2 boys aged 10 and 5 and live in Edenbridge in Kent. I work from home selling products on 3 of the main auction sites including Ebid which gives me the privelege of being able to work around the children, and still be able to participate in their day to day activities like sports day and school plays, and be here for them when they come home. I also work part time in the evenings in Morrisons to earn some extra pocket money.
Now a little about what I am selling:
All the products I supply are brand new and are supplied in a sealed clam shell, or gift box.
Customer service is my top priority and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
I will endeavour to despatch orders within 1-2 business days, from receipt of payment, by 2nd class post, and where the item is of a higher value, by 2nd class recorded post. If you need the item quickly, please contact me and I can offer you an upgrade to 1st class post for an additional charge.
In the event that the item you receive is faulty, or develops a fault within 1 year of purchase, please contact me. I will ask you to return the faulty item to me, and issue a replacement or refund straight away, whichever is preferable to you the customer.
Please note that my products are not end of line and are currently being sold to many of the major DIY stores.
Goods are not available for collection in person.
