Divine Art Dolls-Lifelike OOAK Art Dolls by Professional Artist LaShaj Pierson
What is an art doll? Art dolls are objects of art, rather than children's toys, created in a wide variety of styles and media, and may include both pre-manufactured parts or wholly original work. I create my babies from blank vinyl kits that have been sculpted by other talented artist!
My art in detail
I specialize in creating a very lifelike version of a newborn, infant or toddler, with mottled skin tones and detailed features. I may add little extras to create realism, newborn acne, milk bumps, detailed painted hair lines blended with micro-rooted premium mohair, realistic veining, and newborn fresh from the hospital scent wafers added inside baby's custom doe suede body. My babies are stuffed realistically and head is weighted to create a floppy lifelike movement when holding baby.
Many hours, weeks, days and sometimes months are spent adding transparent layers of artist grade oil paint to each baby I create. Once paint work is completed a waterproof varnish with light texture is added to your baby, this insures that your baby's skin tone and details will last a lifetime! Open eyed babies contain high quality glass eyes to add a more realistic look to baby's facial expression. Hair ,eyebrows and eyelashes are created using high quality morhair, or human hair that is rooted one strand ata time into the vinyl. Once all parts have been inspected and baby is ready for assembly, baby is weighted using micro-glass beads and poly-fiber fill stuffing to provide the feel of a real baby when holding baby.

Payment Policy
PayPal/All Major Credit Cards Accepted. Payment is due within 24 hours of auction end. I do not accept any other form of Payment. Layaway is available for all auction items with a deposit of half of the winning bid due at auction end. The balance may be paid over 90 days through PayPal invoices sent directly to your email. Please be aware that all deposits and payments are none refundable, this is to insure that you do not abandon your baby. If you do not honor your layaway all payments are forfeited and baby will be re-listed for sale.

Shipping is provided through USPS Priority Shipping, Domestic and International. Tracking number, Insurance and Signature Confirmation is provided. Shipping varies for each listing depending on starting bid. International shipping is automatically calculated by ebid. Please allow 2 days processing time for your order.
