Hi, I'm Jenny Bicknell trading as Blossom Tree. My Main Business is Cardmaking & Scrapbooking Supplies (papers, gifts, kits, ribbon, decoupage, stamps, adhesives and so on)

From time to time, I also sell personal goods typically seen in my "Allsorts" store (toys, clothes, videos, household items)

Purchasing from BlossomTree binds you to the Terms and Conditions but not limited to the following:

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment within 3 days in UK£.
Multibuys - These invoices require P&P manual revision. Message me to let me know when you have finished ordering. If P&P has been overestimated, any excess is reimbursed after despatch.
UK Postal Order (named but UNCROSSED for faster clearance please), PayPal, or Google Checkout.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Dispatched within 48hrs, typically 24hrs: Monday to Friday (by 4pm) to the original registered address displayed on the paying account.

Remote areas may incur a surcharge. Do message me if you feel you may be affected. Please wait for a manually revised invoice stating the added surcharge. Otherwise, a request for the difference will be sent and dispatch will be made once paid.
UK: 1st/2nd class options where applicable. Parcels over £2.50 (total value inc Item, Handling/P&P) have to be sent via 2nd Class Recorded Signed For/1st Class Recorded/Courier (whichever is cheapest) and is charged accordingly for this service.

Once despatched, if a Tracking Number has been issued, you can go online and check for status. Note that there is sometimes a lag on when they update the information, but DO follow up if it has been 4 working days with: www.RoyalMail.com or www.CollectPlus.co.k (your Reference number is supplied in the After Auction Log for the item concerned). For other items, do please check with your local depot as 'No Answer' Cards are not always popped in to your letterbox.

INT'L: Sorry, I no longer despatch to outside the UK.

Postage is based on the Postal rules of Rate based on Weight & Dimensions, Packaging, (with upto 7p/handling per extra item capped at £1)

Every effort is made to ensure you receive your item in good time and satisfactory condition. Please be readily available to accept delivery. If you have not received your item within the expected delivery time, check with your local depot as they may be holding it for you. Reference Number given upon dispatch.
P&P PAYS FOR YOUR ITEM TO BE DISPATCHED ON ONE ATTEMPT ONLY AND DOES NOT PAY FOR GUARANTEED DELIVERY UNLESS PAID FOR.

Reduce, Re-use, Recycle - whenever possible, I will practise this ecological & economical approach to my packaging.

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY: You are entitled to return an item by contacting me within 7 days of having received your item (contact me) for a refund as long as it remains unopened and in the same condition as was sent out. Refunds are not available on personalised/customised/made to order items; Some exemptions due to being easily scanned/duplicated also include but not limited to: Printed Matter, Electronic Media/AV material. P & P to return is at buyer's expense and Signed For is advised to ensure safer return. Please note that this is not a 'view before you buy' service. If you have any questions about an item, please message beforehand and this will save a lot of time & expense. Refunds are processed back in to the origin of payment.

LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS: All items are individually inspected and double checked before dispatch and Proof of Posting is obtained. No liability shall be held by BlossomTree once despatched, but in the rare circumstance that an item is received damaged, please contact the Delivery Service (i.e Royal Mail etc) where they will help you further.
For Lost items, Royal Mail, for example, insists a waiting period of 15 working days (25 abroad) before an investigation can take place. You may request the Reference Number (where app) in the meantime. Once verfication from the Postal Service has been received which can take around 45 days after the enquiry submission made on your behalf, only then can a response be dealt accordingly. This is because Items can still be successfully delivered in the meantime, thus no further action need take place. ~~ Such methods help reduce the amount of false claims ~~

RETURNED TO SELLER: In the event where the Postal Service holds evidence of completed process of Item Returned to Sender, you can pay for Re-delivery (i.e. the P&P costs) or request for an Item Refund as outlined above within 30 days of purchase (60 days for Int'l) by message. No response within 30 days will also activate an Item Refund.
LISTING CONTENT: All photographed images and text created by the seller belong to the seller. All stock images and quoted text have approval of use by the Suppliers -- no information is lifted from other Sellers, and thus are sheer coincidence. Images are for guidance only and whilst every effort is made to colour-match product to camera to monitor, there may be variances beyond Seller's control, of which Buyer acknowledges. All sizes are approximate. All other information is accurate wherever possible; however E & OE are inclusive in the acceptance of these terms. T & C, P & P, and any other information within the listing is brief, and Buyers are to be guided by and accept this detailed version herewith.
