At Bedtime Essentials you can return any item, within 14 days of receipt.

It doesn't matter if you don't like the size, shape or colour of your new toy or lingerie when it arrives, providing that you have not used the product we will accept it back. You can then choose to be issued with an alternative product of the same value or less, if your new product is less in value you will be refunded the difference, or we can refund you in full. Postage charges are not refundable.

Please contact us prior to returning your product with your reasons for return and your choice of replacement product or refund, so that we can process this as soon as we receive your returned item(s). Return postage costs will be at the customers own expense unless agreed prior to the product(s) being returned.

All products returned to us must be in a resalable condition, in the original packaging as when dispatched to you with any seals intact. If we believe that any of the products returned to us have been used and/or tested, they will be returned back to you, for hygiene reasons we cannot and will not accept the return of used/tested goods, unless they are proven to be faulty.

Bedtime Essentials accepts no responsibility for returned goods that do not reach us, with this in mind we strongly suggest that any returns are made using a trackable service such as Recorded Delivery. Should any customer return an order to us and it does not reach us, they will need to make a claim with their chosen carrier. Upon request, Bedtime Essentials will provide written confirmation that such goods were not received to support any claim.
