MHT TRADING is a small family run business dealing primarily with electrical parts for motorcycles, cars, commercial vehicles, campervans, and boats. from time to time we also include tools, and electrical equipment for use around the home and garden. We have built our reputation on good quality products, fair prices, reasonable P&P charges, prompt shipping, and excellent customer support.

Sometimes we have on offer items at such a low price that they sound too good to be true but you are assured that such items are not rejects, poor quality or defective in any way its just that we have been fortunate to secure the goods at a favourable price (usually liquidated stock from a company falling foul of the recession) and rather than rake in the extra profit we pass the savings onto you our valued customer
We do not sell any seconds, rejects,or refurbished goods, all our items are brand new and unused
P&P charges:
We always ship our goods by Royal Mail First Class Post, or Royal Mail Air Mail service. Larger items may be sent by carrier. We do not profit from the P&P charge,and we will always combine multiple items for posting refunding back any appreciable difference. All goods are sent securely packed, small items are sent in Mail Lite bags.
Returns:
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us for an RMA number within 7 days of receipt. This number should be marked clearly on the reverse of the package. Goods must be returned with original packaging and be complete. We will refund the cost of return postage. If the item is found to be without fault and in resalable condition then we reserve the right to withold the postage costs and in such cases any refund will be of the goods purchase price only. Any item returned should be sent by trackable service for your protection, however please be advised that in instances where we refund the return postage it will not include the signed for portion of the postage but simply the basic cost of postage charged by Royal Mail.
Any attempt to repair or modify a product will void any warranty offered and no return will be accepted.
Do not return goods without the RMA number otherwise they will not be accepted.
If you wish to return the item simply because you have changed your mind then please be aware that return costs are at your expense and any refund will be of the goods purchase price only and not including the initial P&P charge.
Items lost or delayed:
(UK) Usually there is no problem and goods arrive promptly, most of the time next day, however the folks at Royal Mail sometimes do muck things up and things either get delayed or lost, in such cases we will always work to resolve the issue, however it must be realised that we do not control Royal Mail and have to abide by their T&C's which state that for items lost or delayed in the UK we have to allow 15 working days after the due date of delivery before it is declared lost, this is to allow time for the goods to be returned to us "undeliverable" If you have reason to believe your item has been lost or delayed please contact us and we will email you a copy of the Proof of Posting, If the item has still not arrived after 15 working days we will arrange a replacement to be sent or a full refund.
(International) For International post Royal Mail stiplulates a period of 25 days after the due date of delivery, they require this time in order to contact the postal service in your country and to see if the item is returned "undeliverable". If you have reason to believe your item has been lost or delayed please contact us and we will email you a copy of the Proof of Posting, . You should also bear in mind that sometimes the Customs do hold things up too. If the item has still not arrived after the 25 days we will arrange a replacement to be sent or a full refund.
Please ensure your postal details are correct as we cut and paste this directly onto our shipping labels.
Redirected Mail
We always post to the address given on your Paypal account, should you require the goods to be sent to a different location this can be arranged however we reserve the right that such consignments be sent by "Royal Mail Recorded Delivery" or international by "Royal Mail International Signed For" service. Please contact us for additional costs before ordering.
Environment Issues
In a bid to reduce the effects on the environment, unless specifically requested to do so we do not include any paperwork with your order, this has the added benefit of reducing our costs, and also the weight of the package thereby saving you postage
In accordance with EU Regulations- Wherever possible we recycle plastic packaging

All businesses rely on cash flow so we insist that payment must be made within seven days, we will send a reminder on the fourth ,sixth, and seventh day - on the eighth day we file a non paying bidder claim unless you give reason beforehand why there should be a delay and provide a positive date of payment.
Non paying buyers will receive negative feedback and will be blacklisted against future purchases from us
