3) How can I see if I owe any money to eBid and what I have been invoiced for?
All over eBid you will see the "My eBid" login button at the top of the page. If you click on that and then enter your username and password you will be able visit the "My Fees & Invoices" section to view your current and previous monthly statements and invoices issued to you. These will list all your listing fees, final value fees and any other costs incurred.
4) How do I pay for monies owed?
When you upgrade your account to selling status to either SELLER or SELLER+ the card used at the time of upgrade will be used to pay for any debits to your eBid account at the beginning of every calendar month.
If you used PayPal to upgrade then you will need to pay your monthly invoices via PayPal also, view the "eBid Invoices" tab on the "My Fees & Invoices" page and you will see a button that takes you to PayPal to initiate payment.
An invoice or statement will be issued and emailed on the 1st of each month for the previous month's fees. We will attempt to collect payment at this time. If this collection fails we will re-try later in the month.
You may cover an unpaid invoice at any time using Paypal by going to "My eBid" > "My Fees & Invoices" and clicking on the "My eBid Invoices" tab. You will see the Paypal payment button if an unpaid invoice is due.
5) What payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Maestro, Delta, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Eurocard.
Upgrade your account by adding your card now.
We do not accept cheques/checks, money orders or any form of postal payments. If you require alternative payment methods please contact us as below.

EBID BLOCKED MY SALE.
Hi!
After accessing my Ebid page, I noticed that I had sold a studio pot. I attempted to send an invoice, and was blocked, and then I attempted to contact the Buyer, and was again blocked from doing so. As Ebid have aborted what could have been a sale, I assume that I won't now be charged for a sale that Ebid did not allow to happen?
As someone else uses my PC, that could be why I did not have a notification of sale from Ebid.

I can answer this question
T Shirt has to be claimed. Is not sent automaticly.
sold,£5.97 worth.of stamps(54),but got invoiced 54p (1st nov)i'm a seller+lifetime, on gallery (2%),which i make it 12p,i take its 2% or a minimum 1d on the final sold price per auction, on this scale it's almost 10% (same as e-bay),why are'nt you more open about this type of pricing?
10) how do i cancel my subscription? i want to completely delete my account to stop any charges as i don't sell on here!!! Question from sibc20271915 [0] on 20 Dec 2011
I can answer this question
i want to cancel my subscription immediately as i dont sell on here yet you have a reccuring fees structure that isnt easy to get out of this is a rip off and a con you should have a box to tick where it is easy to stop the money being taken from my account when i have given up using your site
I am with you on this. i have just made my self a member here as a basic seller which is free, i was going to go life time but after looking at the fees its actually more expensive than e-bay. And to acctualy find out about this its cost me £1 as they take this when you register your bank card. You cant have a picture in search results but you can have one on your listing and to top it all its another 3p per picture, you get charged for bold, whats that all about. This place is a load of rubbish and as the last person has stated a con, i want out and if any money comes from my account to you i will have you in cort faster than you can say ebid, i will class this as theft.
