Auction Description

Vintage 1930's Midget "Kissproof" Lipstick Holder.

A tiny lipstick holder I believe from around the 1930's engraved "Kissproof MIDGET MADE IN ENGLAND".

The metal lipstick case is brassed or gold-colour lacquer over steel and has a little slide to push the lipstick up as it reduces through use. There is about 15mm of dark crimson lipstick still remaining!

The oval-shaped holder, when fully closed, measures about 40mm long, and is about 10mm maximum width.

Condition good for its age though there is some wear on the outside from use.

Sold as a vintage collectable - not as a lipstick for use.
Quite an unusual item and I believe quite rare to find.
