These is a vintage Halloween decoration made in U.S.A. by the Norcross Co. 1970's. It is cardboard. It has some damage to the hat (see photo). Some creases and a tear on hat. Also looks like water spots on pumpkin face. Measures 39 x 9 inches when fully extended. Hope someone can restore this cutie.
