 The £100 refundable deposit is required within 7 days to reserve your dates. The cost of the holiday (not included) is then payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. (Dates that fall within our 6 weeks time period are required in full after listing end. 

The £100 deposit is then returned (subject to the Terms and Conditions) within 7 days of your departure from the caravan.

Welcome to Westbay-caravan-hire 

We are private owners who offer accommodation at competitive rates.

Our caravan is sited on a 4 star Parkdean Holiday Park, used by Hoseasons, and is situated alongside the beautiful West Bay Harbour, Dorset.

Within a 2 minute walk of the park are the lovely beaches that stretch for miles. These are known as the Jurassic or Dinosaur Coast, and are an ideal place to go fossil hunting. Crabbing in the Harbour is also very popular, along with boat rides on the river and diving expeditions.

Every year a fun fair visits West Bay during the school summer holidays.

The Accommodation

Brand new in 2007 Torino 35' x 12' 3 bedrooms, 6/8 berth.

The Living Area 

Comprises of, a comfortable seating area the full width of the caravan. Housed within the seating is a pull out double bed (a surcharge of £25 is charged if you require the use of this bed). It is fully equipped with a TV, DVD player and satellite box with freeview channels (or bring your own sky card to view a few more channels. Please note your card is registered to your box and will not allow you to view your entire package). 

Decking Area 

Leading out from the living area is a 6' x 11' uPVC decking area. Which has a table and chairs, the area is also gated ideal for the safety of young children. The area is surrounded by soft lighting making it a nice place to sit on a warm evening. 

The Dining area

This area has arch shaped upholstered bench seating and 2 stools, which will comfortably seat 6 adults.

The Kitchen

Located opposite the dining area and is fully fitted with everything you need including a full size gas oven with grill, 4 burner hob, fridge, slimline freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

The bathroom

Has a toilet, wash basin, mirror and a glass door shower unit.

Toilet

There is also another separate toilet with wash basin and mirror.Both bathroom and toilet facilities are set away from all of the bedrooms.

The Main Bedroom

Comprises of a double bed, shelves beside and above the bed, large wardrobe with drawers and a dressing table with a hairdryer for your use.

Twin Bedrooms

There are two twin bedrooms, the largest having 2 single beds, shelves beside and above the beds and wardrobe with drawers. The smaller bedroom is only slightly smaller and has 2 single beds, shelves beside and above the beds and a wardrobe with drawers.

Babies and Children

Available for your use are,A Microwave Steriliser,Chicco Xplorer pushchair (6 months - 3 years),Hauck Travel Cot,Cosatto high chair (6 months - 2 years)and a bed guard (2 - 5 years).

Linens

All beds are supplied with duvets and pillows.We do request that you supply your own bed linen including duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, towels and tea towels for your stay.

Restrictions

Due to Park rules, I am afraid we are unable to hire to the following:

• Parties whose members are under the age of 21
• Parties whose members are all male or all female
• Parties which exceed the number of berths contained in our holiday home

No pets allowed.No smoking permitted within the caravan (Ashtrays are supplied for use outside only)

Passes

Passes are extra and payable directly to Parkdean. These can be obtained on your arrival from the site reception, priced at £8.50 peak 7 nights, £7.50 off peak 7 nights and £6.50 3/4 night short breaks per person (under 2's are free)

Locally

The harbour and beaches are just 2 minutes away. The historic market town of Bridport is only 1 ½ miles away, which has an open street market every Wednesday and Saturday morning. Every second Saturday each month is a farmer’s market.Within easy travelling distance is Crealy Adventure Park, The Donkey Sanctuary, Monkey World and the Wildlife Park at Cricket St Thomas. 30 minutes away are Weymouth and Lyme Regis. Lyme Regis runs lifeboat weeks, with performances by the Red Arrows.

Payment

The £100 refundable deposit and a completed booking form is required within 7 days to reserve your dates and is then held as a security until after your holiday stay (subject to Terms and Conditions). The cost of the holiday is then payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made up to 6 weeks before your arrival date with a full refund. Within the 6 weeks will result in the lost of a percentage o the holiday cost.
