Payment - All items must be paid within 7 days after auction end and/or Buy Now (Without prior agreement).This will result in an Unpaid Item Dispute Case being opened with eBid. As most of our items are Buy Now, Payment should be made straight away.

Dispatch Times - We will always dispatch your item(s) within 24hrs of payment clearing, but usually the same day if Payment is cleared by 4pm Monday to Friday.

Returns Policy - All sales are final.The Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items with the exception of shipping errors. Products damaged in the post will be claimed back from Royal Mail. A claim for Items lost in the post can't be made until 14 days after date of posting. We will issue a replacement depending on our available stock. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method. All returns must be intact, unused and in the original packaging in a re-saleable condition. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage.
