CANADIAN ORDERS. You should see your item soon.....but please understand that we do not "control" the Canada Postal Service. Once we ship your order, you and I have to rely on the Postal Service to deliver the package in a timely manner, and they can be rather erratic at times to say the least as I'm sure you know. We have seen tremendous differences in package travel times for some reason. You could receive your package in 2 days, or it could take 2 weeks. I really don't understand why this happens, but again, it is something we have no control over. I thank you for understanding.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Travel time can take up to 30 days. It averages 18-22 days, but 30 day travel time is VERY common and quite normal. If you are in Brazil or Italy, travel time can be up to 45 days. These 2 countries are the worst as far as travel time is concerned. I do thank you for your patience
