This edition has no publication date inside but I think it was published in 1933 (there is a bibliography list in the front dated 1932) and has 254 pages
The book itself is perfectly sound although the cover is rather shelf worn and the pages are heavily tanned. A couple of the pages have tears at the bottom, but they do not affect the text
