ABOUT THE PIECE

NAME: Geisha

SURFACE: A collage of Japanese print and text pasted to a canvas

painted over with acrylic and then stencilled with traditional Japanese print and a Geisha girl. Finished off with

paint thinners and a scourer to give it that urban outdoor weathered look like poster and stencil graffiti on the streets.

This is meant to simulate real urban art in the street but for the home.

SIZE: Deep edge canvas 122cm by 61cm by 4cm in size.
