The £100 refundable deposit is required within 7 days to reserve your dates. The cost of the holiday (not included) is then payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. (Dates that fall within our 6 weeks time period are required in full after listing end.

Welcome to Westbay-caravan-hire 

We are private owners, who offer accommodation at competitive rates. 

The caravan is sited on a 4 star Parkdean Holiday Park, used by Hoseasons. The holiday park itself is situated along side the beautiful West Bay Harbour, Dorset. 

Within a 2 minute walk is the lovely beaches that stretch for miles. These are known as the Jurassic or Dinosaur Coast, and are an ideal place to go fossil hunting.Crabbing in the Harbour is also very popular, along with boat rides on the river and diving expeditions.

Every year a fun fair visits West Bay during the school summer holidays. 

Caravan Features

35 x 12 ft.3 bedroom, 6/8 berth 

The living area

2 sofas, housed within one of the sofa’s is a pull out double bed (a surcharge of £25 is charged if you require the use of this bed). Fully equipped with a TV, DVD player and Satellite box with free view channels (or bring your own sky card to view a few more channels. Please note your card is registered to your box and will not allow you to view your entire package). 

The Dining area

Has an arch shaped upholstered bench seating, which will comfortably seat 6 people. 

The Kitchen

Fully fitted with everything you need including.Gas oven with a grill and a 4 burner hob.Fridge with a small freezerbox, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. 

Main bedroom.

Has a double bed, bedside cabinets, large wardrobe, overhead cupboards, and a dressing table with a hairdryer for your use. 

Large twin bedroom.

Has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and overhead cupboards. 

Small twin bedroom.

Only slightly small than the large twin. Has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, wardrobe with a chest of drawers inside. 

Bathroom.

Toilet and basin, mirrored cabinet and a glass door shower unit. There is also another separate toilet with basin and mirrored cabinet. 

Babies and children.

A cot (suitable for babies under 1 year old) fits into the large twin over one of the beds.A bed guard, for 2 – 5 year olds.A Chicco Xplorer pushchair  (6 months to 3 years).Hauck sit'n' fold High chair (6 months - 3 years).And a Tommee Tippee microwave steriliser, are all available for your use. 

Heating

The caravan is heated with a gas fire and electric oil filled heaters. 

Decking Area.

Leading out from the Living area is a 7 x 11ft narrowing down to 4 x 15ft uPVC decking. With a bench table and seats are suitable for up to 8 people. The area is also gated, ideal for the safety of young children. At night the area is surrounded by soft lighting, making it a pleasant area to sit on a warm evening. 

Linen

All beds are supplied with either a double or single duvet. Doubles have 4 pillows and singles 1 pillow each.We do request you supply your own bed linen. Including duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, all cot bedding, towels and tea towels for your stay. 

Restrictions

Due to Park rules, I am afraid we are unable to hire to the following. 

Parties, whose members are under the age of 21.Parties who members are, all males, or all females.

Parties, which exceed the number of berths contained in our holiday home. 

No pets allowed.

No smoking permitted within the caravan.(Ashtrays are supplied for use outside only)

  Passes

  Passes are extra and payable directly to Parkdean. These can be obtained on your arrival from the site reception, priced at £6 per person (under 2's are free)

   

   

  Locally

  The harbour and beaches are just 2 minutes away. The historic market town of Bridport is only 1 ½ miles away, which has an open street market every Wednesday and Saturday morning.

  Every second Saturday each month is a farmer’s market.

  Within easy travelling distance is Crealy Adventure Park, The Donkey Sanctuary, Monkey World and the Wildlife Park at Cricket St Thomas. 30 minutes away are Weymouth and Lyme Regis. Lyme Regis runs lifeboat weeks, with performances by the Red Arrows.

  The Historic Market Town of Bridport is one and half miles away.

   

  Payment

  The £100 deposit and completed booking form is required within 7 days to reserve your dates and is then held a security until after your holiday stay (subject to Terms and Conditions). The cost of your holiday is then payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. 

   

  Cancellations

   

  Cancellations can be made up to 6 weeks before your arrival date with a full refund.Within the 6 weeks will result in the lost of a percentage of the holiday.

The £100 deposit is then returned (subject to the Terms and Conditions) within 7 days of your departure from the caravan.
