As well as UK cheques and UK postal orders I will also accept Moneybookers payments and Paypal. To save you time and effort I can send you an invoice at the conclusion of any auction. I will also accept UK Pounds and US Dollars but these are sent at your own risk.

If a cheque is sent as payment please enclose the full postcard description including the number in the brackets after the postcard title. Please also enclose your name and address.

I currently post up to 6 x postcards to a UK address for the price of 90p (1st class mail). 6 x postcards to Europe will be £2.00. 6 x postcards to America, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world will be £2.50

Occasionally there is the odd increase in P & P costs. Rather than having to update these occasional increases I have decided that you will only pay the lower quoted P & P cost. For example if one item has a P & P fee of 90p and the other item has a P & P fee of 70p then you pay 70p.

All my postcards are securely shipped in a board backed envelope.

I post most days so any postcard should reach a UK address within a few days. Overseas orders will take slightly longer.

In an effort to assist people researching their family history I have decided to make available postally used pre 1960 postcards. These postcards will have defects which range from minor creases and tears to major faults. The postcards are only being offered for the purpose of family history research.

Every single sale will encourage me to list lots more of these historical postcards. Please also mention me to family history groups, websites and maybe even family history magazines.

I will endeavour to list the recipients correct details, but some of the writing is hard to work out. This recorded information will enable you to conduct a search for a specific name or place and then you can decide if that card is of interest to you. If you find more than one card that you want then make me a sensible offer.

Imagine obtaining a postcard written by your ancestor. A postcard that contains fascinating details of their life !. Don't let someone else buy it and never see it again.
