Combined postage is available on all orders placed within a 7 day period, all you need to do is wait for a new invoice to be created which shows your discount.

Most items are delivered by 1st class and airmail, sometimes secure mail is used and this can been seen within the postage section.

Returns...

Lost Items...

If your item has been sent, recorded, special & international signed for delivery please check with your local sorting office to see if they have it stored for you. If they don't then please do get in touch and I will be more than happy to resolve this with you.

The Royal Mail states that items can take up to 15 days to arrive and will not consider claims until after this time, but for your peace of mind the time frame I have for refunding customers is below...
