PAYMENTS - PayPal and Google payments only. - Payments are due within 3 days of purchase date or item will be relisted. POSTAGE & PACKAGING - Shipping on multiple purchases will be calculated by weight and distance plus $1.00 handling fee per item up to the maximum of $5.00.
