Payment

• We offer several methods of Payment for your convenience.
• Please confirm your method of payment within 3 days
• If you are making multiple purchases please let us know and we can postpone invoice until you are complete.
• Postal Order & Cheques must be made payable to correct name - see invoice.
• You will appreciate that cheques take longer to process. We will not post until we have cleared the cheque NOTE - we do not have a local bank. Cheques are banked via our post office which can add a few days to the process (We will keep you informed of this process)
• INTERNATIONAL SALES - We can only accept electronic payment at this time.
• NON PAYERS Will Be Reported & Given negative feedback
   

Postage

• In an attempt to keep postage costs down we post 2nd class This suits most people and can often be as quick ;-) We will post 1st class if required but of course this will incur an extra cost, payable before dispatch.
• We will only post to Registered Paypal / Gooogle address unless you pay for signed delivery for which there will be an additional charge.
• We will attempt to post next working day after payment is completed ( see note re cheques). We do not do this full time, so there may be occasions when this isn't possible. If we know we are going to be away for a short time we will put a notice on our listings advising of this. We state this to try and avoid negative feedback. If you require the item urgently, please let us know asap & we will try to achieve this.
• We will obtain a certificate of posting. Please advise us if the package has not  arrived after 7 days, or immediately if damaged in post. Unfortunately we cannot control what happens in the post but we will refund your payments if no delivery after 14 days from date of postage. We may need your co operation with returning goods damaged in post.
• INTERNATIONAL SALES - We will quote prices for postage if you message us prior to sale. We advise that you do this to avoid unexpected costs. We will be forced to refund any payments made without postage added.
