Returns. If you are not happy with your purchase let us know because we will try and fix it. We will accept returns within 14 days and will give you a refund on the price of te item when we receive the item back in its original condition. However you will have to pay the return postage and you will not be refunded for the delivery postage unless it is specifically a problem due to our error. We believe online trading, like any business, works best when all parties behave in an honest and trustworthy manner, therefore, we will always endeavour to ensure a happy conclusion to all transactions.
